Notice to Nordea Corporate Bond fund unitholders

We would like to inform you about a change taking place in your fund. The Nordea Focus Fixed Income fund will be merged into the Nordea Corporate Bond fund. The merger will take effect on 20 March 2026 and does not require any action from you. The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has approved the merger plan.
