Notice to Nordea Focus Fixed Income fund unitholders

We would like to inform you about an upcoming change to your fund in this letter. Nordea Focus Fixed Income bond will merge with the Nordea Corporate Bond Fund. The merger will take effect on 20 March 2026 and does not require any action from you. If you have a regular savings plan in the merging fund, it will be transferred to the receiving Nordea Corporate Bond fund. The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has approved the merger plan.
