Notice to the unitholders of Nordea Equity Opportunities Fund

We are renewing our fund selection with the aim of offering our customers high-quality investment products. As part of our efforts, we are amending the rules of Nordea Equity Opportunities Fund.

Nordea Equity Opportunities Fund invests in a diverse portfolio of global equities. In future, the fund will invest solely in the emerging markets. Additionally, Nordea Equity Opportunities Fund is currently a fund of funds, but in the future it will mostly make direct investments in equities. These changes will become effective as of 9 March 2021.

The amendment to the rules requires no action from the unitholders. The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority confirmed the amendment to the rules on 5 November 2020.
