The rules of the Nordea Nora funds will change

We are amending the rules of the Nordea Nora Two, Nordea Nora Three, Nordea Nora Four and Nordea Nora Five funds.

According to the current rules of the Nordea Nora funds, the first subscription to the fund has to be made through Nordea’s digital investment advisor. After the first subscription, the customer is able to make subscription and redemption orders to the fund also through other channels such as online and mobile banking.

On August 20, 2024, we will amend the rules of the Nora funds and remove the requirement for a first purchase through Nordea's digital advisory tool.

The amendment has no effect on the unitholders of the funds. The amendment takes place automatically and unitholders do not have to do anything.
